BCM Operates as follows Monday-Friday 6pm-10pm and Saturday 12P-10p. Orders are not filled on Saturday's (Catch Up Day).

Items are shipped Tuesday-Friday.

Contact BCM before returning any merchandise. BCM maintains a 30 day return (from delivery date) policy on items that are returnable. Brick Cave Media reserves the right to refuse refund or offer alternative compensation. Media (incl. CD's, DVD's, etc.) may not be returned. Electronic files may not be returned. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Replacement of items damaged in shipment

Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any packages are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver have left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim.

We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship but obviously we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. Defects in workmanship are covered under initial satisfaction guarantee or extended warranty.

Shipping Methods

We use UPS ground. Alternate methods are available through arrangement. Please contact us for details.

When you need something quick and do not mind paying a little extra we recommend UPS next day air, UPS 2nd day air or 3 day select.
